Job Summary

Our growing Vista, CA office seeks a Drafter to work in a fast-paced multi-disciplined team environment. This role is to support the development of design and construction documents for building systems under the supervision of Senior Engineers. This role is designed a full-time position for the right candidate that will tackle all challenges with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

General Duties:

Use Revit and AutoCAD to assist in the production of design and construction documents for mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing systems.
Scheduling, programming, quality control, and coordinating information/work of all disciplines,
Background and layer management.

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
Experience in the drafting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various types of facilities preferred, but not required.
Good communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Training towards an Associate's Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting, Engineering Technology program or Engineering degree

Location: Vista, CA

Travel: 0-5%
